Nattokinase NSK-SD^®  (vitamin K2-free) is combined with L-Carnitine, botanicals, and organically grown functional mushrooms for targeted cardiovascular support, circulation, and healthy blood pressure already within normal range.*

Directions

As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 capsules, 1-2 times per day on an empty stomach, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
