Shipping Policy (Updated June 29, 2026)

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Wellspring LifeCare.


Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt unless otherwise listed on the website. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends (from Friday 12 pm PST through Sunday 11:59PM PST) or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We provide standard flat rate shipping for all domestic orders placed in the United States:

  • Orders less than $100 are subject to a flat rate $12.00 shipping and handling fee.
  • Orders over $100 may select FREE shipping and handling. The “Free Shipping” option must be selected at checkout for this option to take effect.

Delivery will typically arrive 2-7 days after your order is processed.


Local Pickup

Patients currently enrolled with a Wellspring LifeCare practitioner can elect Local Pickup at 15785 Laguna Canyon Road, Suite 115, Irvine, CA 92618. Local pickup is subject to on-site inventory availability and may not be available for all products offered in the online store. Please contact us for availability prior to selecting the Local Pickup option.


Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Wellspring LifeCare is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Cart totals calculated at checkout are inclusive of taxes prior to shipping. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).


Expedited Shipping Options

In order to expedite shipping to you, products may be shipped either from existing stock at Wellspring LifeCare or directly shipped (“dropshipped”) from the manufacturer. Products shipped directly from the manufacturer are additionally subject to their shipping terms and conditions. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses and International Shipping


Wellspring LifeCare ships to US Domestic addresses only. We currently do not ship outside the US.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it is recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Wellspring LifeCare will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.


Missing, Damaged, or Stolen Shipments

If your order is missing, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of the reported delivery date so we can assist you. Prompt reporting helps maximize the chance of recovering lost items and allows us to assess eligibility for replacement, if applicable.

If a shipment is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but cannot be located, customers are responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier and local law enforcement. Wellspring LifeCare is not liable for theft or loss once the carrier has confirmed delivery.


Delays
If product delivery is delayed during shipment, please directly contact the shipping carrier.
